Ingredients:
½ cup of poha / chire / flattened rice
2 tbsp white granulated sugar
1 ripe mango – chilled
1 and ½ cup thick yogurt – chilled

Method:
Peel and chop your mango into small bite size pieces. Put the mangoes in a bowl and then pop it inside the fridge, until you are ready to use.
Wash the chire / flattened under gentle water for about 30 seconds. If it is overdone then poha / chire will become mushy.
Take the washed poha in a bowl and add in the yogurt and sugar.
If your mango is not sweet enough you might have to add a little more sugar, because this dish is a sweet dish.
Mix until well combined and then add the chopped mangoes. You can mash some mangoes if you like.

Give another stir and enjoy!!!!
